Payment

At the moment, we only accept payment via bank transfers to our DBS/POSB account.

The account number will be provided upon confirmation of the order.

Please note that payment has to be made within 3 days once the order has been confirmed, otherwise we will cancel your order, put your item up for sale and place the non-paying customer on our blacklist.

Shipping & Handling

Geisha* offers various types of shipping methods to suit your needs. We do not charge for handling.

The items on our website will either be located in Singapore or in the United Kingdom - location of the item is clearly stated on each item page. The shipping methods below will give you a clear indication of how much shipping will cost in addition to your order. The prices of items are not inclusive of shipping.


Shipping from Singapore
- shipping service will be provided by SingPost.

1. Local Standard Mail
For standard shipping, there will be a flat rate of $2 per item ordered, up to a maximum of 2 chargeable items per order.

one item ordered: $2.00
two items ordered: $4.00
three items or more: $4.00

*shipment via this method will take 1-2 working days to arrive after dispatch.

2. Local Registered Mail>
For registered mail, there will be an additional charge of $2 per order on top of the Standard Mail charges as quoted above.

*shipment via this method will take 2-3 days to arrive after dispatch. the parcel/mail tracking number will be emailed to you once it has been sent out.

3. International Standard Mail
For international standard mail, there will be a charge of $5 per item, and a subsequent charge of $2 for the second item, up to a mximum of 2 chargeable items per order.

two items ordered: $7.00
three items or more: $7.00

4. International Reigstered Mail
For international registered mail, there will be an additional charge of $3 per order on top of the International Standard Mail charges as quoted above.

Shipping from the United Kingdom
- shipping service will be provided by Royal Mail.

1. International Standard Parcels
For shipping via this method, there will be an additional charge depending on the weight of the item.

*shipment via this method will take 5-14 days at least to arrive to its destination. the time may vary, depending on which country it is being shipped to. please feel free to enquire.

2. International Standard Parcels - Recorded
For shipping via this method, there will be an additional charge of $3 per order on top of the International Standard Parcel charges as quoted according to weight.

please do take note that Geisha* will not bear any responsibility in the case of SingPost or Royal Mail losing your parcels in-transit. in order to prevent this from happening, do opt for registered/recorded mail to ensure that your orders arrive to you safely.
